Some indoor units lacked a sufficient return-air path. The decision included transfer grilles, a silencer and a filter box, with ceiling height and the drainage connection also limiting the layout.
Copper lines and drainage obstructed the designed duct route. The recorded decision rerouted those lines to make room without departing from the duct plan; start-up is not confirmed.
The contractor coordinated grille positions, ceiling hatches and control cabling. Nest connection and app configuration were later checked, while a separate leak and additional controller request remained outside that confirmation.
Specify new equipment, relocation or duct modification. Arabian Ranches requested moving two indoor units and changing the ductwork rather than a simple like-for-like replacement.
Locate drainage, copper lines and the air path. Meadows shows a physical obstruction in a confined shaft; Victory Heights shows a return-air gap.
Record power and control connections individually. Seven Victory Heights indoor units were connected; this is not evidence that all units passed final commissioning.
State which item was checked and which remains open. SpaceHUB has a completion report; Victory Heights still has start-up, drainage and grille follow-up.

Does installation completion prove commissioning?
No. Victory Heights records pressure testing and fresh-air installation, while overall start-up and acceptance remain unconfirmed. The acceptance scope needs its own record.
What should be coordinated before the ceiling closes?
The actual duct and drainage routes, controls and service access. Meadows had a shaft conflict and Jumeirah Islands later required service hatches; these are project-specific planning warnings.
Send the equipment list, plans if available, ceiling stage and access constraints. Mention new fresh-air, drainage or controller interfaces so the proposed installation scope includes them.
