Fairmont had an installed bedroom controller and cabling, with fan-speed operation left for later verification. List previous work that still needs a check; the installation entry alone does not tell you how every speed performs.

Arrange the access needed for the intended scope

Oceana recorded dehumidifier drainage work and additional coordination for building permits and access. Prepare permissions alongside the equipment list so the proposed visit can address its actual scope. This is evidence from a dehumidifier task, not a universal summer package.

Do not lose installation follow-up behind completed care

At JVT, FCU washing and insulation were completed while joint sealing and grille ordering remained in the record. Include open installation items when preparing an inspection instead of assuming the completed wash closes every task.
