Mark each occupied room on the new plan
Record the intended use, occupancy pattern and operating schedule of each resulting room. Mark existing supply, return and extract points, doors and proposed partitions. Identify which equipment and settings the tenant controls and which belong to the building operator.
A grille visible inside a new room does not by itself identify its source or prove outside-air delivery. Trace the actual arrangement where possible and keep unknown connections explicit. A cooling outlet, a fresh-air outlet and an extract connection serve different functions.
Review allocation as well as total capacity
Ask the technical team how the existing design and operating conditions relate to the revised rooms. A system may require assessment of distribution, transfer paths, controls and schedules as well as the overall equipment. Do not guess a per-person flow rate or claim code compliance from a general floor plan.
If drawings or design information are unavailable, define the survey needed to establish the current arrangement. Proposed changes affecting central systems or building approvals should be coordinated before the tenant-side work is accepted. Opening doors temporarily is not necessarily the intended long-term operating solution.
What the showroom record can show
DENAIR's showroom record includes a completed damper-actuator item and local grille measurement evidence. It does not establish that every future enclosed office would receive the required fresh air or that the whole premises passed a final airflow acceptance.
The photograph here shows commercial HVAC work in an open Al Qusais studio hall. It illustrates an open-space installation context, not the ventilation performance of a new partitioned office. Do not turn a photograph of one layout into evidence for another.
Agree a room-level verification scope
Request a schedule that matches the revised rooms to the relevant air routes and agreed operating checks. Record door positions, occupancy assumptions and equipment state during measurement. A local measurement and a completed control change should remain distinct from room-level acceptance.
The handback should identify what was installed, what was measured and what still depends on the building operator or another contractor. Keep the final layout and open items together. That gives the occupier and facilities team a usable basis for future comfort or ventilation complaints.
Keep this evidence with the enquiry
Revised room use, occupancy and schedules.
Supply, outside-air, return and extract routes identified.
Tenant and building responsibilities recorded.
Room-level operating checks and remaining approval dependencies.
Plan the appropriate next step
For the relevant service scope, review DENAIR air quality filtration. Compare the documented field record, the related problem assessment and the related practical guide before agreeing work for your property.
