Maintenance & air-path care
Prepare the component list: JVT
The JVT apartment record separates completed FCU washing and insulation from later joint sealing and grille work. State which FCUs are included and which installation items remain open when preparing a maintenance request. A component list is more useful than a property-wide completion assumption.
Prepare the control check: Fairmont
Fairmont installed controller cabling in the bedroom but left correct fan-speed verification for after washing or a later visit. Include controller type and the operating check still needed when arranging access to the unit.
Prepare permissions and hatches: Oceana and Port de la Mer
Oceana needed further coordination for building permits and access around its dehumidifier work. At Port de la Mer, grille positions, ceiling hatches and control cabling were coordinated with the contractor. Its checked Nest controls do not close the separate leak or extra controller task. Ask who owns each access and follow-up responsibility.
Send an access-ready brief
List equipment locations, controller information, available ceiling hatches and the party arranging permissions. State the unresolved task as well as the requested care work. Use the building-specific constraints to prepare the visit, without prescribing work on inaccessible equipment.

Oceana ceiling-access context for the recorded dehumidifier scope; no property-wide FCU completion is inferred.
Share the equipment, the rooms affected, previous work and available access. DENAIR can assess the relevant scope.
